Their comprehensive, four-pronged delivery approach promotes health outcomes for marginalised communities, by: (1) Demonstrating scalable, cost-effective and sustainable models in partnership with communities (2) Supporting partners to create sustainable impact and (3) Transforming learnings from research into evidence, and action, thereby influencing paradigm shifts in systems, and perceptions around well-being.
