SOURCE : International online resource centre on disability and inclusion.
Source is a Handicap International project. Source was set up in 2000/2001, combining the physical collections of Healthlink Worldwide (formerly AHRTAG) and the Centre for International Child Health (later the Centre for International Health and Development (CIHD) and now The Institute for Global Health (IGH)) – housed in the library at the Institute of Child Health, University College London. Handicap International UK joined the partnership soon after Source started.
Source is an International Online Resource Centre designed to strengthen the management, use and impact of information on disability and inclusion in development and humanitarian contexts. It is primarily intended for use by practitioners and academics. Source provides free access to a unique online collection of information resources. Source's mission is to use available expertise to support the dissemination, repackaging and sharing of information on disability and inclusion in challenging contexts to support practitioners and promote research, innovation, learning and training as well as North-South organisational linkages. The collection is managed by Handicap International.
