Outdated leprosy laws consigned to history

As its name suggests, the Lepers Ordinance and the Lepers Regulations (Repeal) Bill repeals two leprosy-related legislations: the Lepers Ordinance introduced in 1919 and the Lepers Regulations introduced 20 years later.
