This Case Detection Delay Questionnaire is a standardized version that can be culturally adapted to other regions and countries. It was originally designed as part of the PEP4LEP project. Some country specific versions are available via Infolep (for Mozambique, Ethiopia and Tanzania). A country specific version should be used when administering the questionnaire to leprosy patients (e.g. using a more context specific picture set).
