<p>Please share this list of disability indicators – developed in partnership by the UN, IDA and IDDC – with your National Statistical Agency. These indicators intend to measure the progress made for persons with disabilities in the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)</p>

<p>The SDGs and targets in the outcome document agreed by UN Member States on 1 August 20151 includes <u>seven targets</u> which explicitly refer to persons with disabilities.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Monitoring the seven targets mentioning disability will require specific disability indicators and disaggregation of indicators by disability.</p>

<p>At the national level, additional indicators may be needed to implement the disability-related SDG targets.</p>
